Screw thread is opposite to direction of wheel turning. Resistance of buffing wheel tighten screw thread. This is reason why is this work easy and safety.
Recomended sizes of polishing wheel is 150 - 200mm. Recomended rounds per minut you can find in every single product description.
Combination of polishing buffs and compounds for target materials:
- Plastic, laquer: flanel + chromax
- Chrome: calico + chromax
- Alluminium: calico + chromax (prepair polishing with Titan)
- Stainless steel - retex + titan + chromax
As your wishes we can make flanges for make wheel solid / harder.
